Access Number User Guide
If you have to make a call from your registered phone number, follow these steps:-
- Dial the access numbers of your city (List of access numbers are mentioned on our website under area wise) from your registered phone number.
- When the system prompts you to enter the desired destination number, dial the number in the following format:
In case of Landline: Country code + area code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 11 22123456).
In case of Mobile: Country code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 9812345678).
If you have to make a call from any unregistered number, follow these steps:-
- Dial the access numbers of your city (List of access numbers are mentioned on our website under area wise) from your registered phone number.
- When the system prompts you to enter your PIN number, enter your 8-digit PIN number provided by our customer support, followed by the destination number in the following format.
In case of Landline: Country code + area code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 11 22123456).
In case of Mobile: Country code + destination phone number.(e.g. 91 9812345678).
